Week 1 La que sabe eres tú: meet other particpants & share intentions

Earth

Week 2 Lineage: who is La Que Sabe? recognizing that only you can write your story

Week 3 REMEMBER AND RESIST: Society, culture and dominant systems. How have you been disconnected from your inner knowing? What reconnects YOu?

Fire

Week 4 Love: What is it that lights you up? Turns you on? What drives you? What makes us feel full of love? What nurtures the love we have to give? What is getting our way of getting more connected to love?

Week 5 Fury: What pisses you off? Get clarity on your non-negotiables- in your relationships. Your goals. Your day to day. What do you have zero willingness to expose yourself to? What can you change? What is out of your control?

Water

Week 6 Flow: What helps you stay committed? Flow allows us to keep going towards what we are trying to do. What helps us? Movement. Writing. Community. What keeps you going?

Week 7 Honor La Que Sabe: Creating a physical object that symbolizes LQS. What ways can your surrender and honor your own power, voice and message? What do you want to release? What are you done carrying with you? Being a peace keeper, being a people pleaser, being a perfectionist?

Wind/ Air

Week 8 Face our fears: Overnight solo in nature. How can you face your fears and go after what you feel most called to do/ be/ create? What are you hoping to bring back from your solo. This will be on a weekend and take two days. As a group we will all go to one place where I will be at a base camp and help each participant find a spot on the land to be able to step into their overnight solo with support and guidance.

What is included & Prices:

  • There will be 5 1:1 sessions and these can be virtual or in-person. We will have 4 group calls which will be via zoom.

  • Although we will be preparing for your overnight solo throughout our sessions, we will also make an additional mini-session to discuss details and look over your plan! I will send you a pack list and my basic suggestions to make sure you have a safe experience. Lastly, I will be available via text for the entirtey of your trip if you need support.

  • This is an opportunity to hold space for our unique journeys, as well as be witnessed in our growth. This will be a brave space to close our 7 weeks together and will most likely be virtual.

ENERGY EXCHANGE (aka financial investment)

This offering is available at a sliding scale and is non-refundable!

Interdependence: $777 this is for folx who have some type of proximity to generational wealth and/or fall within upper socioeconomic class and want to make this course more accessible to community in need.

General: $444 is for folx who fall within middle socioeconomic class and/or who have some type of relative privilege.

Accessible: $222 is for low income folx who are experiencing marginalization that affects their finances.

  • La Que Sabe means She Who Knows or the One Who Knows. This name is inspired by the ancient wise crone which exists in all of us, as explained in the book, The Women Who Run With the Wolves by Clarissa Pinkola Estés

  • Five one on one 60-minute sessions which will focus on specific ways to reclaim your relationship to yourself and the earth. There are also 4 group calls with other participants. Your full particpation is needed. Please plan on attending all group calls.

  • Absolutely! There are assignments that accompany each phase of the program, which require your attention and commitment to complete. They are simple but important steps to help you prepare for the completion of the program.

  • Experience the profound healing power of the natural world and heal your lineage by reclaiming courage, confidence, clarity and connection. In addition, you will be guided to plan and experience a solo overnight with the earth as a passage to completion!
